We are a tenants management organisation for the Croydon Drive Estate in Newton Heath, Manchester. M40.

We have 312 properties. Covering 4 high rise blocks & 2 rows of Cottage flats. With 1, 2 & 3 bedroom flats.

We manage this estate on behalf of Manchester City Council, in association with Northwards housing. For the benefit of the local community.

The estate has security gates at every entrance & is fully covered by CCTV. This is monitored by an off site security company as are the entrance intercoms on each high rise block. We work very closely with Greater Manchester Police & other agencies to reduce any incidents of Anti Social behavior & take care of our more vulnerable tenants.

We have a highly motivated team running the estate, From the TMO Board, Our estate Manager & office team, 4 Caretakers & our Gardener. We are all here to make the experience of living on the Croydon drive estate a really happy one.
